About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across the company. This role focuses on filling roles efficiently, building pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we hire candidates who can be successful in our environment. You will: Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and database searches Write and post job ads and align candidate profiles to role requirements Manage the full candidate lifecycle: screenings, interviews, prep, debriefs, and offers Track and maintain pipelines in Greenhouse (or similar ATS) to improve time-to-fill Share updates, insights, and process improvements with the team Uphold and model our values: accountability, continuous learning, and finding a way You have: Experience sourcing, recruiting, or supporting hiring teams Ability to move with urgency, take ownership, and produce results Strong communication and organization skills Comfort working in a structured process and using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms A focus on creating a positive candidate experience Pay: $30-$36 hourly Location: Everett, WA (onsite) Benefits Medical, Dental Vision Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance Employee Wellness Program Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Consumer Discount Program Membership 401(K) Retirement Plan with Employer Match 8 Paid Holidays 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) the first year 3 days of Paid Community Service Time (CTO) 3 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, plus PTO match of up to 3 weeks Want to Take the Next Step?
