Description
Partner with local leaders and hiring teams to understand workforce plans and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for both experienced hires and early career roles, using market intelligence and talent insights specific to each location. Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to build strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, competitive sourcing, early careers programs, and other creative sourcing channels. Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging recruitment trends, and evolving talent acquisition methodologies. Support the implementation of Talent Acquisition tools and technologies, contributing to process optimization and efficiency improvements. Monitor talent market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment planning and decision-making. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills. Fluent English is a must. Experience working in a matrix organization with international, remote teams. Self-starter - remote working experience is a plus. Experience using the ATS systems and LI Recruiter. Knowledge of recruitment market trends and best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
