This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 350000 - Rs 450000 (ie INR 3.5 - 4.5 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a Non-Tech Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience who has strong expertise in volume recruitment across various functions, including Community, Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Finance, and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire recruitment process for non-technical positions Execute high-volume hiring efficiently while maintaining quality Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning strategies Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment vendors Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire Contribute to employer branding and diversity initiatives Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, with a preference for volume hiring Excellent skills in stakeholder management and coordination Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics Experience in industries such as real estate, hospitality, co-working, or sales-driven sectors is advantageous MBA or HR-related qualification is preferred Willingness to work in a contractual capacity Skills ATS
