How you make a difference The Recruiter I is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both non-exempt and exempt positions in a high-volume environment, in accordance with the guidance of TA Leadership. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet the qualifications and requirements of the open positions. The Recruiter I must maintain strong communication and relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications & Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience Zero (0) to Three (3) years of experience required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, Experience with MS Office is required. Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.
