We’re Hiring: Junior Recruiter (HR Consultancy Experience Preffered)
Location: Dubai | Industry: HR & Recruitment | Focus: Domestic & Blue-Collar Staffing
We are a growing startup HR consultancy based in Dubai, specializing in sourcing, placing, and managing high-quality blue-collar workers — especially Tagalog-speaking nannies, babysitters, and housekeepers.
We serve both private households and corporate clients and are expanding our footprint across the GCC and Europe.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of HR or recruitment experience, ideally in blue-collar or domestic staffing
• Familiarity with GCC and European recruitment processes
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus)
• Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple roles
• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated

Experience:

• Hiring female blue color staff: 2 years (Required)
• Dubai/UAE: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Tagalog/Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• HR Certification (Preferred)

• Manage 30–40% of in-house recruitment for Tagalog-speaking domestic staff
• Lead 60–70% of external recruitment for clients across the GCC and Europe
• Create video resumes and multimedia candidate profiles
• Coach candidates on producing effective video introductions
• Develop and manage client accounts, proposals, and recruitment KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment excellence
• Support business development through lead generation and client engagement
