QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in HR consultancy.

  • Expertise in multimedia recruitment strategies and video profiling.
  • Proficiency with online recruiting platforms and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Well-established network of potential candidates across various channels.
  • A proactive approach to staying up-to-date with multimedia recruitment trends.
  • Ability to coach candidates on how to create professional video profiles.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available to start within one week.
  • Based in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.

  • Handle and oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for positions across all levels, from blue-collar to senior management.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
