At ZutaCore: · We are bound by a shared vision and a strong culture · We are committed to the highest quality standards for all our products and services · We consistently provide the best service in our industry · We believe everything is possible · We play as one, and we are all a part of a winning team · We are proactive and take responsibility Responsibilities include: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles • Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases • Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records • Ensure an excellent candidate experience • Support recruitment process improvements and additional tasks • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects Employee Hiring Process • Guide candidates from application through offer stage • Coordinate follow-up interviews and required assessments • Manage the offer process with candidates and hiring managers • Support onboarding and transfer of information to relevant departments Qualifications • 1+ year of full-cycle recruitment experience • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and confidentiality
