QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role with measurable performance outcomes (KPIs, service metrics, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a service-driven role.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and comfort adopting new tools, including agentic AI.
• Demonstrated success in account or relationship management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bolt Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Account Manager to join our American Canyon team. This forward-looking role combines recruiting expertise with client relationship management. You will own the staffing process end-to-end: sourcing and placing candidates while also serving as the main point of contact for clients.
With the support of advanced VoiceAI tools that streamline candidate outreach and screening, you’ll spend more time on meaningful work—building strong client partnerships, problem-solving workforce challenges, and ensuring successful placements.
This is not a traditional “sales” role. Instead, it’s a balanced recruiting/account management position designed for someone who excels at connecting with people, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional staffing results.
