Your Mission Our system attracts some of the most talented engineers and GTM people in the Bay Area. As a Recruiter, you'll build close relationships with them to create the largest network of high-quality talent in the world. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. This includes evaluating candidate screens and maintaining a comprehensive talent pipeline to ensure swift placements. What You'll Do Run full-cycle recruiting for roles across Clera's client portfolio. Build and nurture deep relationships with top engineering and GTM candidates. Manage end-to-end recruiting funnels from sourcing through close. Evaluate candidate screens and present high-signal shortlists to hiring managers. Maintain a comprehensive, always-warm talent pipeline for swift placements. Partner with clients to clarify role requirements and drive alignment. Sell candidates on opportunities with conviction — you're a natural closer. What You Bring You're a spectacular recruiter. You've filled roles end to end, nurtured candidates, and managed long, messy recruiting funnels. Previous experience running an agency or working in an agency environment. Can sell candidates like it's second nature. Extremely great communicator and incredibly sociable. Excited about getting into a fast-paced startup changing how recruiting is done with AI. Familiarity with tech ecosystems or previous experience recruiting in technology-driven industries is a plus.
