Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Level 1 Renewable Energy Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will assist in identifying, attracting, and engaging talent for various positions across our renewable energy projects. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, Recruiting team and HR to support recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment documentation. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications. Post and manage job listings on job boards, social media, and internal systems. Create and send offer letters and initiate background checks. Assist in interview process and screen for essential functions and basic requirements. Support the onboarding process and help improve candidate experience. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and renewable energy workforce demands. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education/Experience: 1 year of relatable experience such as recruiting, human resources, scheduling, office administration, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability. This role may require later hours or weekend work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms a plus.
