POSITION SUMMARY The Recruiting Administrator plays a critical support role within the Talent Acquisition team and across our senior living communities. This is an entry level position designed for someone eager to learn recruiting operations, onboarding processes, and applicant tracking systems while providing excellent service to hiring leaders and community partners. The role supports day to day recruiting and onboarding activities, serves as a first point of contact for ATS questions, and helps ensure a smooth and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Onboarding Support · Coordinate and manage pre employment and onboarding activities for new hires · Ensure offer letters, onboarding documents, and system steps are completed accurately and on time · Partner closely with recruiters, HR, and community leadership to support smooth start dates · Respond to onboarding related questions from candidates and community teams Recruiting Team Support · Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team · Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication · Help maintain accurate and up to date candidate records within the applicant tracking system · Support recruiters with offer letter preparation and administrative follow up ATS and Community Support · Serve as the primary support contact for senior living communities regarding ATS questions · Assist leaders and hiring managers with system access including login and log out issues · Train community leaders on how to properly use the applicant tracking system · Provide basic system troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues as needed · Ensure consistent ATS usage across all communities Communication and Inquiry Management · Respond promptly and professionally to candidate and community inquiries · Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and community leadership · Support a positive and welcoming candidate experience Process and Administrative Support · Assist with maintaining recruiting and onboarding documentation · Support process improvements and standardization across recruiting operations · Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned Requirements Required · High school diploma or equivalent · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Comfortable learning new systems and technology · Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment · Professional, service oriented mindset Preferred · Associate or Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in HR, business, or a related field · Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience · Interest in recruiting, human resources, or healthcare or senior living Why This Role Matters This role is foundational to the success of our Talent Acquisition function and our senior living communities.
