Description

The Palace Company Europe is looking for a Recruiting and Employer Branding Coordinator to join our HR Team.

The person will report to the Line Manager and will take care, for the Corporate and the Hotels & Resorts of The Palace Company Europe:

  • Liaising with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences
  • Defining job descriptions in coordination with the hiring managers
  • Taking a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements by attracting, sourcing and screening applicants using innovative techniques and defining a successful employer branding strategy
  • Conducting telephone and personal interviews, using competency-based techniques and uses of appropriate assessments
  • Making offers to successful applicants, negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants
  • Developing recruitment strategies to achieve the required staffing levels and building recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days
  • Designing, planning and launching new staffing or HR projects in collaboration with other HR areas to reach corporate objectives

The person must comply with the following requirements:

  • 3/4 years of experience
  • Fluent English. Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and precision
  • Creative and enthusiastic personality, willing to work in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive attitude, focusing on continuous improvement and innovative solutions
  • Flexibility and willingness to face continuous challenges and continuous learning
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong resilience under pressure and strong result orientation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both in teams and individually
