Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiting and Onboarding Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our HRIS system from a recruiting and onboarding perspective. This person will work with various managers throughout the company to ensure a seamless recruiting process for all open positions. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for individuals interested in a career in HR/Recruiting. We'd love to find a candidate eager to start their HR Career. Requirements Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Assist Hiring Managers with the recruitment process by accurately posting job openings through the ATS, extending offers to selected candidates and ensuring positions are closed out timely, and launching the onboarding events to new hires while closely monitoring the process to ensure forms are filled out accurately and promptly. Launching the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring all documents and forms are completed. Creating profiles for new employees in the payroll system. Assist new hires through the onboarding process, including helping them log in to Paylocity, assisting with questions regarding task completion, and reviewing data provided for accuracy before moving new hires into the payroll system. Review the form I9 and ensure that the documents are complete and accurate. Enter form I9 information into the Everify site and work through the TNC process as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting and onboarding activities. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed. Perform any other job responsibilities as requested. Job Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial to this role. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for building strong relationships and creating positive experiences. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by the department supervisor/manager. This is an in-office position.
