We are looking for a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to help us find, grow, and support the people who make it all happen. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner to the leadership team as a key member of management, collaborating closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and drive operational success. What You’ll Do Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Collaborate with leadership to define roles, build processes, and identify top talent. Coordinate with the service and aquatic management team, including them in the recruitment process. Recruit for local roles, including aquatics staff, technicians, and operational support. Conduct background checks and ensure quality hires. Onboarding & Training Build and manage a comprehensive onboarding process. Coordinate weekly remote onboarding sessions for new hires. Lead onboarding during peak season, including payroll setup, Paylocity, handbook presentation, and policy review. Support training for staff to include scheduling, safety, and benefits. HR Operations Serve as the local resource for employee benefits and payroll Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture and employee engagement. Organize employee appreciation and recognition initiative and events. Process Development Build out and continuously improve recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes. Update and clarify the employee handbook, present updates during seasonal kickoff meetings and throughout the year as needed. Ready to dive in?
