Position Overview: As a Recruiting and Sourcing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the company. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruiting process and develop essential skills in sourcing and candidate outreach. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and talent landscapes to contribute valuable insights to the recruitment strategy. Resume Review and Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates for further consideration. Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels to create a positive candidate experience. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute ideas for improving the overall recruitment process. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program. Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing tools is a plus.
