We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the hiring process by assisting with various tasks related to talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and employee relations. This position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging potential candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with employee relations activities as needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience at the front of the pipeline.
