DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a HR Recruiting Assistant who will support our recruitment efforts and help streamline the hiring process. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department, with a focus on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases for contact center openings.
- Maintains and updates all job postings
- Responsible for contacting all qualified applicants
- Organizing and performing contact center interviews
- Screening all contact center applicants via phone, video interviews and in person interviews
- Extending job offers to screened and qualified candidates
- Sending offer letters to selected candidates
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
- Responsible for all candidate and new hire follow up prior to and including first day of employment via email, and phone calls
- Responsible for recruiting tracking and reporting
- Support the onboarding process, including collecting documents, setting up orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Update and maintain HR records, files, and databases.
- Help organize and manage job fairs, recruitment events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting team as needed.
