Recruiting Associate Vancouver, BC Boyden is a leading global executive search firm, with offices in 40 countries. Our Vancouver office is growing, and we are seeking a Recruiting Associate to support complex, high-impact executive search mandates. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Partners on senior-level assignments across a range of industries - such as technology, retail, financial services, universities, transportation and dozens of other sectors. You will contribute to all phases of the search process—from market research and candidate identification to assessment and client delivery—while building relationships with senior executives and developing your expertise in leadership advisory. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and talent mapping across industries and functions Identify, approach, and engage prospective candidates Assess candidates through interviews and referencing Prepare high-quality client materials, including candidate reports and market insights Manage search processes, timelines, and coordination with internal teams Build and maintain relationships with executive talent Qualifications and Experience At least a couple years experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities Post-secondary education required Why Join Boyden A career with Boyden offers the opportunity to work on high-impact leadership mandates with leading organizations across Canada.
