Job Description The RBP II is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The ideal candidate may possess a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The position requires familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. The individual will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, and may lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities Recruit and interview potential employees. Check references and make employment offers. Conduct orientation for new hires. Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. Organize and manage high-volume requisition processes. Drive results towards offers and meet strict launch deadlines. Work backwards from target dates to ensure timely project completion. Partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. Proven experience in high-volume, non-technical recruitment. Strong administrative and partnership skills. Ability to manage volume and deadlines effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a client lead or recruiting business partner. Former experience in talent acquisition with companies like Aerotek or Robert Half. Work Environment The Recruiter II will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department. The role requires the ability to manage complex processes and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. A professional dress code is expected as this position involves partnership and communication with various stakeholders. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
