Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals with impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working in a progressive, people-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Candidate Screening & Processing: Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the hiring process for available job opportunities. Background Verification: Process and monitor background checks to ensure compliance and accuracy. Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from prospective and active employees and clients, routing them as appropriate. Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills while working effectively within a team environment. Multitasking & Professionalism: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Requirements Previous customer service experience and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions. High energy with the ability to sit at a computer and make continuous phone calls.
