Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization, requiring exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to shift priorities quickly. Responsibilities Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed. Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting and applicant tracking systems, and confirm new hires accurately and in a timely manner. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience. Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that clearly communicate candidate status and pipeline progress. Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process. Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and administrative support tasks as needed. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in coordination or administration Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate and job management. Demonstrated ability to schedule interviews, phone screens, and appointments in a high-volume environment. Experience providing administrative support in a recruiting, hiring, or customer service setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Experience in administrative assistant or recruiting coordinator roles, including scheduling and general administrative support. in customer service or roles requiring frequent interaction with internal and external clients. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
