We are hiring for 2 onsite Operations Recruiting Coordinators to join a fast-paced team in Arlington, VA! Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. This role requires someone who is an organizational guru, works effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possesses great communication skills, can shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary. Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report. Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials. Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Required Skills 1-4+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination, admin, scheduling, receptionist experience. Experience with Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree. Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
