About the Role This role sits within the Global Talent Acquisition team and supports high-volume, multi-market hiring. You are responsible for keeping hiring operations structured, accurate, and moving fast. The role is execution-heavy and requires strong attention to detail. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally. Success is measured by speed, accuracy, and candidate experience. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently. Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback. Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback. Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates. Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early. Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels to maintain healthy applicant flow. What You’ll Need 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations. Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Comfort working with global teams across different time zones. Nice to Have Experience supporting high-volume hiring. Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools. Exposure to job posting optimisation or recruitment metrics. Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations. Fresh graduates with strong execution ability are welcome.
