CONTRACT POSITION

Pay rate - $25-$28/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule a high volume of onsite, phone, and video conference interviews
  • Enter recruitment activity into applicant tracking system (JobVite), ensuring accuracy of tracked information
  • Collect interview feedback
  • Arrange candidate travel and process expense reimbursement in a timely manner
  • Provide timely feedback to all stakeholders involved in the hiring process
  • Gather required documentation for new employee files (EU and US)
  • Initiate employee background check
  • Assist with other HR projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with candidates and co-workers.
  • Must be detail oriented with attention to details resulting in a high level of accuracy in your work
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined with a sense of urgency
  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office
  • B.A. or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
