Description
Overview: We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This is an hourly, assignment based, flex position. Location: Remote Responsibilities: * Conduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews as needed, and inputting requisition data in system and job ads on job boards  * Track and monitor confidential candidate information * Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant information and data tracking is up to date * Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement) * Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks * Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement * Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity * Perform additional responsibilities as required Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicants * Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment * Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times * Detail oriented and highly organized * Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition * Strong communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external contacts * Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level * Must be flexible to work with a new client Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds. Responsibilities
