- Host on-site candidates and act as the face of Grammarly during office visits.
- Provide timely, empathetic candidate communication that reflects Grammarly’s people-first culture.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to monitor pipeline progress and adjust schedules dynamically.
- Support recruiting programs, including interviewer training and candidate feedback quality initiatives.
- Audit and maintain Greenhouse data hygiene while upholding documentation best practices.
- Participate in and sometimes lead internal Talent Acquisition projects tied to Grammarly’s growth roadmap (e.g., tools rollout, onboarding workflows).
- Drive consistency in processes while adapting to the unique needs of each role and team.
- Track and report on scheduling efficiency and candidate experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify and suggest enhancements to recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
