Cuesta Partners is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in scaling our talent acquisition efforts across LATAM and the US. In this position, you will work closely with managers, the internal team, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract and hire top talent as we continue to grow.

• Review and screen incoming resumes to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Support with sourcing efforts and pre-screening candidates when needed.
• Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Work closely with hiring managers, Chief of Staff, and HR to align on hiring priorities and timelines.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline conversion rates.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in Colombia and the broader LATAM region.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Rippling.
• Assist in the development and optimization of recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Prepare and share interview feedback with hiring teams on time.
• Support the implementation of initiatives to attract diverse talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates on recruitment progress and share insights for improvement.
