REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in agency recruitment essential.
• Strong relationship skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient user of all MS Packages

• Checking the monthly Agency Breach Report
• Adding agency retrospectives as needed
• Managing a LTP tracker updating it every week and sending it to the Trust, following the outcome of the weekly Trusts Agency Panel
