Job Description We have a fin-tech client who is looking for an on-site, contract recruiting coordinator. This contract is a minimum of six months, with the potential to get extended. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week, ensuring efficient use of hiring managers' time and providing a smooth candidate experience. Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly. Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other relevant materials to interviewers. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information. Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience Experience working for a tech start-up Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Able to schedule 100 interviews a week Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
