About the Job Overview This role is responsible for supporting the recruiting team and overall Talent Acquisition (TA) efforts. The TA Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating a seamless candidate experience through strong prioritization, organization, and collaboration. This position requires a solid foundation in administrative functions to effectively partner with recruiters, hiring teams, candidates, and other stakeholders, contributing to a positive and efficient recruiting experience. What You’ll Do Coordinate Recruitment Activities: Partner with Recruiters to support all stages of the interview process, from interview scheduling through onboarding. Manage Calendars & Meetings: Schedule meetings and complex interview panels, manage reschedules, and assist with travel arrangements as needed. Candidate Onboarding: Process and track onboarding-related tasks, including background checks, relocation support, and new hire documentation. Operational Support: Assist with departmental goals, process improvements, and operational tasks that enhance the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team. General Support: Reorder and restock supplies for interview rooms and lobby areas; greet and interact with candidates and interviewers to ensure a welcoming experience. What It Takes to Be Successful Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, coordinate complex schedules, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Effective Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus. Problem-Solving: Resourceful and able to think quickly to address challenges and complete tasks effectively. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions. Team-Oriented: Works collaboratively with all levels of staff and external partners. Education & Experience 2–3 years of experience in a similar role coordinating complex schedules, preferably within a large corporate environment. Associate degree preferred but not required.
