Responsibilities

You’ll own and coordinate our end-to-end recruitment process, working with colleagues across operations and admin to ensure we attract, engage, and onboard the very best people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading job advertising, application management, and interview scheduling
  • Maintaining candidate pipelines using Monday.com
  • Working closely with Ops Managers to forecast and prioritise recruitment needs
  • Attending recruitment events and in-person interviews
  • Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment standards and safeguarding policies
  • Coordinating onboarding alongside our Quality team
  • Completing DBS, reference, and right-to-work checks
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
  • Shaping how our employer brand is presented to candidates
  • Ensuring a consistent, values-driven candidate experience throughout
