Role Overview As our Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, schedule, and manage candidates globally. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a professional, smooth hiring process for applicants, while helping us build a team that changes lives. This isn’t just admin work. It’s mission-driven recruiting that connects talent with purpose. Key Responsibilities Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms Source and engage candidates for hard-to-fill positions using creative methods Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring managers Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication Maintain candidate records in our ATS and track hiring pipelines Support managers with candidate materials and feedback collection Assist with market research and talent mapping for strategic recruitment What We’re Looking For Excellent written & spoken English 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google Workspace, and ATS tools Willingness to work a flexible schedule (see options below) to overlap with U.S. hours Reliable home office setup (stable internet, computer, webcam, headset) Why You’ll Love This Role Global Exposure: Collaborate directly with U.S.-based teams Career Growth: Build skills in international talent acquisition Purpose-Driven Work: Every candidate you engage helps us impact lives Remote Flexibility: Work from home with a schedule that fits your lifestyle
