About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the recruiting team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks — from scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates, to assisting with day-to-day operational needs. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate phone, video, and on-site interviews for candidates across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring speed and efficiency Conduct phone interviews for certain positions Take ownership of moving candidates through the interview process while keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) fully up to date Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience, providing timely updates and support throughout the process Provide administrative support for various recruiting activities and coordinate logistics for the team Work closely with the Finance team on PO creation, payments, and invoice tracking Qualifications 1+ year of experience in an administrative or recruiting coordination role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English (must) Strong attention to detail, with high efficiency and excellent time management skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously Experience working in a global environment across regions (US, EMEA, APAC) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with agility and quick context-switching Customer-service mindset with a proactive, outgoing approach, comfortable working with managers and stakeholders at all levels Life at Riskified We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
