What you’ll do: Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Send reminders, follow up with candidates and interviewers Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process Represent Eightfold as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint by embodying our values. Actively use the Eightfold platform for all recruiting activities and serve as an internal SME on its functionality What we’re looking for: 6 months–1 year of experience in a similar or customer-facing coordination role Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus Strong customer focus, empathy, and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Note: This is a contractual position .
