KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
· Communicate professionally with candidates via email and phone
· Post job openings on various platforms and social media
· Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Assist with initial resume screening and candidate pre-qualification
· Support recruiters with administrative tasks throughout hiring process
· Help organize virtual recruitment events and career fairs
