Description About the Role Rand Technology is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team for 6 months with the possibility of extension. This role will be instrumental in supporting our strategic recruitment initiatives and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. As a key member of our TA team, you'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle while helping us optimize our processes and leverage our Paylocity ATS platform. What You'll Do Recruitment Support & Coordination Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for multiple requisitions, coordinating across time zones and balancing competing priorities Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience Coordinate all logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, including travel arrangements when needed Prepare and distribute interview materials, scorecards, and candidate profiles to hiring teams Process & Systems Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Paylocity ATS Support automation initiatives and workflow optimization within our recruiting technology stack Generate reports and analytics to track key recruiting metrics and team performance Ensure compliance with all hiring processes, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards Candidate Experience Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate communication at every touchpoint Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation Support text-to-apply and other innovative candidate engagement strategies Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide status updates throughout the hiring process Team Collaboration Partner with recruiters to prioritize scheduling needs and manage competing demands Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview experiences Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for operational efficiency Support special projects and recruiting events as needed What You Bring Required Qualifications 2-3 years of recruiting coordination or HR coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity experience highly preferred) Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail Strong proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and video conferencing platforms Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Professional, customer-service oriented approach with candidates and hiring teams Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and resolve issues independently Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Experience supporting technical or specialized recruiting Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting Background in process improvement or operational excellence initiatives Why Rand Technology Hybrid Flexibility: Work from our modern Irvine office 3 days per week with 2 remote days Growth Opportunity: Join a talent acquisition team that's transforming and scaling, room for career advancement Strategic Impact: Your work will directly contribute to building a best-in-class recruiting function Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge recruiting technology and automation tools Collaborative Culture: Partner with a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development opportunities Our Commitment Rand Technology is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
