ROLE-SPECIFIC

• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role at a startup
• Organization & dependability
• Experience managing calendars and orchestrating complex scheduling with ease
• Detail-oriented
• Stays on top of all candidate and interviewer scheduling requests
• Extremely fast at getting back to people and candidates
• Maintains operational excellence
• Proactively flags opportunities to automate or improve processes
• Maintains high level of data hygiene in ATS
• Adheres to SLAs and keeps others accountable for hitting their SLAs
• Growth mindset
• Willingness and excitement to learn all things recruiting
• Eager to take on additional scope where needed (eg. recruiting operations)
• Eager to give and take feedback to get to better outcomes
  The hourly rate for this position is $35/hr - $42/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience
