Recruiting Coordinator - US. Shift time 6:00 to 3:00 am IST. The Recruiting Coordinator owns the movement of every new hire from offer letter to training. This role makes sure each candidate completes every step of the pre-employment process and never gets stuck along the way. Responsibilities include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date. This means making sure new hires complete all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding paperwork such as Section 1 of the I-9 form and company policy acknowledgments. The Recruiting Coordinator tracks each candidate from offer acceptance through background check, drug test, and onboarding, and follows up with any candidate who is not moving forward.   This role works closely with the Recruiting Specialist and Operations team to keep clear communication with new hires at every step. The Recruiting Coordinator connects with every candidate in the pipeline using three points of contact: text, phone, and email. All candidate activity is managed in our ATS system (SAP SuccessFactors) and tracked in internal trackers using Excel or Microsoft Lists.   Responsibilities   Candidate Movement (Offer Letter to Training) * Track each new hire in detail, from offer acceptance to the start of training. * Make sure all pre-employment activities are completed on time for a smooth hiring process. * Follow up with candidates who are stuck because they have not completed a required action item. Background Check and Drug Test * Schedule background checks and drug screenings for each candidate. * Escalate background check results that need a decision to leadership for adjudication. * Once a candidate clears the background check and drug test, move them into onboarding. Onboarding Support * Help new hires complete onboarding paperwork, including Section 1 of the I-9 form and company policy acknowledgments. * Be a resource for new hires during onboarding, and direct them to the right department for questions about benefits, payroll, and more. * Coordinate fingerprinting and training with the Recruiting Specialist and Facilities Administrative team. Communication * Communicate company and position details to new hires before their start date. * Contact every candidate in the pipeline using three points of contact: text, phone, and email. * Communicate regularly with new hires about onboarding requirements and the next steps in the hiring process. Systems, Coordination, and Reporting * Manage all candidate activity in our ATS system (SAP SuccessFactors). * Update candidate movement in internal trackers using Excel or Microsoft Lists. * Coordinate frequently with Recruiting, Operations, and Training to make sure the pipeline of new hires is fully ready for hire on day one. * Perform other duties and related tasks as required and assigned.   Minimum Requirements * Hands-on experience with recruiting ATS systems * Must be detail oriented. * Must have minimum of 1 year of experience in a compliance related role   Preferred Skills * SAP Success Factors preferred * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of employees * Time management skills * Metric Driven * Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Lists skills
