* Represent Koch Foods through positive interaction with potential candidates. * Provide a positive candidate experience and winning first impression, acting as an ambassador for Koch Foods. * Conduct full-cycle recruiting for all open hourly positions. * Schedule interviews and manage communication with hiring managers and candidates. * Review job descriptions ensuring accurate information and consistency with company standards. * Assist with scheduling recruiting events, career fairs, etc. * Provide other relative administrative support as needed. Qualifications * High School Diploma; Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred in HR, Business or other closely related field. * Organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills. * Knowledge and understanding of coordinating and scheduling experience within a recruiting environment. * Strong understanding and aptitude for technology, with hands-on experience using online programs, social media, and other relevant tools.
