Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to drive our go-to-market hiring strategy and serve as the subject matter expert for sales recruitment for the Americas. In this hands-on role, you will lead recruitment efforts for sales positions across the organization while mentoring a small team of recruiters and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure hiring success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



    • Strategic Recruitment Leadership

    • Develop and implement effective go-to-market hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Create executive summaries and presentations on recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring progress.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, HR, and other departments to understand and fulfill talent needs.
    • Team Management & Development
    • Coach and mentor team members to develop their recruitment skills and career growth
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the recruitment function
    • Recruitment Execution
    • Source, screen, and evaluate high-quality sales candidates using various recruitment channels.
    • Build comprehensive talent pipelines, talent maps and identify, engage and attract passive sales talent.
    • Support the implementation of a structured interview processes for sales roles at all levels.
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and strategic sales positions.
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leadership.
    • Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on market conditions, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
    • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to enhance employer brand.
    • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent recruitment practices across regions.
