Position: Recruiter Executive
Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis
Visa Status: Own/Sponsored Visa
Joining: Immediately
Salary: AED 4,500 – 6,000
Experience: 3 years only in recruitment

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Prior experience recruiting for tensile, tents, or shade structure companies is a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals to identify, attract, and engage targeted candidates.
  • Ability to create and optimize job postings tailored to different platforms to reach relevant candidate pools.
  • Familiarity with social media sourcing (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, niche forums) to proactively build pipelines.
  • Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and offer management capabilities.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, GulfTalent, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates, leveraging platform-specific tools and advertising options.
  • Build and maintain talent pools by proactively engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn InMail and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand specific recruitment needs and tailor searches accordingly.
  • Screen and interview candidates, providing timely feedback and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS and CRM tools.
  • Enhance employer branding by promoting the company culture and job openings on social media and job boards.
