Cliantha Researchis seeking a dynamic and experienced bi-lingual Recruitment Manager to lead our subject recruitment acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment strategies, talent management, and workforce planning. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we attract and retain clinical research subjects to meet our organizational goals. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment team, manage schedules, and collaborate with various departments to understand the subject recruitment needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Telemarketing Manager.
  • Experience in sales or contract negotiations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage subjects to participate in our clinical research studies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • 4 years or more of telemarketing management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality clinical research subjects for PAID research.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, as well as a group of 4-6 employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand subject recruitment needs.
  • Conduct training development sessions for the recruitment team to enhance their skills in subject recruitment acquisition.
  • Engage in cold calling potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on subject recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, may be required to visit off site locations to help promote.
  • Ensure compliance.
