You have completed commercial training or ideally a degree in economics with a focus on human resources, as well as initial recruiting experience , preferably supplemented by insights into other human resources areas.
They are familiar with the basic processes from the job posting to the hiring and have initial knowledge of the legal principles as well as AGG-compliant recruiting processes.
They communicate clearly, confidently and on equal terms with applicants and managers, and present themselves professionally and convincingly.
They work reliably, maintain an overview during several parallel recruiting processes, and are flexible in terms of time and mobile at various locations of VR Bank Rhein-Ahr-Eifel eG .
They possess a Class B driving licence and their own car.
