• Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the field of business/HR.
• Several years of experience in recruiting or sales, ideally in the insurance sector.
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a keen sense for talent.
• Confident use of digital recruiting tools, social media and active sourcing.
• Willingness to travel within our business areas.
