The Recruiting Manager will work with internal applicant tracking systems, coordinate with department managers for staffing needs, and oversee employee retention programs. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute recruitment plans for all departments based on seasonal needs. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize social media, job boards, and industry partnerships to build a candidate pipeline, reviewing resumes and performing initial screenings. Interview and Selection: Lead behavioral interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and make data-driven hiring decisions. Onboarding and Compliance: Manage the new hire process, including orientation, background checks, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and visa regulations. Relationship Management: Develop partnerships with schools, agencies, and internal hiring managers. Metrics and Reporting: Monitor turnover rates, recruitment costs, and applicant flow to improve hiring efficiency. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter within the hospitality industry. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of restaurant and lounge operations, seasonal staffing challenges, and service-oriented roles. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing and building relationships.
