QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
  • Exposure to healthcare staffing industry (a plus).
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and HR management principles.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and client relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using internet-based recruiting/job boards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining top healthcare talent, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s reputation in the market.
  • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensure compliance, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the division.
  • This position requires working in-office initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once performance milestones are achieved.

OPERATIONAL DUTIES

  • Assist with payroll processing and, when needed, housing arrangements for talent.
  • Help manage accounts receivable and aging reports.
  • Support after-hours/on-call duties as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
