As a recruiting manager at Starbucks, you will be building the future of sourcing at Starbucks. You will partner with our Enterprise and Retail recruiting teams to craft and implement creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies focusing on a variety of key roles across North America with a lens on cultivating diverse slates of candidates. As our recruiting manager, you will… Build team capability to engage passive talent at scale Utilize data to influence the overall strategy around candidate engagement and Sourcing processes Create a team focus on commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing candidates for our current and future business need We’d love to hear from people with: 10 + years Strong corporate and/or executive recruiting experience 5+ years Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
