• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process for white-collar positions
• Active sourcing, applicant management and conducting interviews
• Creation and optimization of job advertisements as well as implementation of personnel marketing measures
• Close collaboration with specialist departments and consultation during the selection process
• Market analysis, talent acquisition and network building through trade fairs and events
• Preparation of contract offers and support of candidates until the positions are filled.
• Regular reporting and coordination with the recruiting team and recruiting management.
