QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting, sales/marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred
• Managing a team of recruiters is a plus
• Sales/Marketing Recruitment experience is a plus.
• Ability to source “passive” candidates via direct sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting, sourcing, presentation, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday).
