RECRUITING & MARKETING SPECIALIST SUMMARY:

The Recruiting & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the acquisition of all company positions along with serving at the front lines of all marketing efforts. This role requires someone with a knack for social media engagement and a strong, charismatic personality who exceeds at all forms of written and verbal communication. The specialist will spend a large portion of their time conducting internet research, creating and maintaining job postings on job boards, assisting with sourcing candidates and scheduling phone interviews. This includes using multiple social media platforms to recruit qualified candidates as well. The Recruiting & Marketing Specialist will also contact community venues and local colleges to set up and appear at live and virtual recruiting events in addition to other various professional events as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a compelling public speaker.
  • Must have the ability to engage active and passive candidates through social media.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong time management skills as well as be an effective multi-tasker.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word programs including PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent reading comprehension skills as well as the ability to be an active listener.
  • Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Must have good problem solving and decision-making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgment
Responsibilities
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify, source and communicate with candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Glassdoor, Handshake, Paylocity and JazzHR).
  • Work with our recruiting team on keeping our social media postings and announcements up to date.
  • Assist with end to end recruiting initiatives including scheduling phone screens, live interviews and virtual meetings.
  • Utilize charisma and personality to communicate the Beemac brand by telephone, face to face and through video.
  • Actively participate in scheduled recruiting meetings.
  • Research competitor employment branding techniques.
  • Sourcing candidates for open positions using internal & external resume databases.
  • Tracking candidate sourcing and pipeline information.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of Human Resources information.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Other assignments or administrative duties may be assigned.
